We are pleased to announce that Meher Mehta and Oishika Dasgupta have been designated as counsel at S&R Associates.
Meher Mehta’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, regulatory and general corporate matters, with significant experience in the infrastructure sector, including airports, renewable energy and telecommunications. She received a B.A. (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi in 2011 and an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2014. Her prior experience includes working with Link Legal India Law Services in New Delhi. Meher is based in the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Oishika Dasgupta’s practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets, regulatory and general corporate matters. She has advised issuers, investment banks and selling shareholders on a range of capital markets transactions. She received a B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2014. Her prior experience includes working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co in Mumbai and New Delhi and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai.
